Viele E-Bike-Fahrer empfinden die Beschleunigung des BIWBIK-E-Bikes als sehr angemessen. Wie der Hersteller damit bei künftigen Modellen eine Produktoptimierung umsetzt, bleibt selbstverständlich ihm selber überlassen. Es ist nur seltenoftmals, dass eine Unterstützung in einem regionalen Laden durchgeführt wird. Bei einem Kauf vor Ort gibt es trotzdem einen unterschätzten Haken: es gibt im Internet ja das 14-tägige Rückgaberecht. Das spricht für den Kauf in einem Onlineshop eines BIWBIK spürbar leichter. Sollte Sie das elektrofahrrad für eine andere Person kaufen wollen, so ist es selbstverständlich passender, es im Internet, in einem Shop zu erwerben. So werden die Antiplatt-Schützer niemals voller Schmutz und der/die Empfänger/in des Geschenkes bekommt ein sauberes Produkt.
